We look for nannies with a strong background in private homes, excellent references, and a genuine commitment to child development, family partnership, and respectful household dynamics.
TrustLine Registration
All career nannies we represent are either TrustLine registered or willing to enroll, as this is a core requirement for the families we serve and reflects California’s highest standards for in-home childcare safety. All career nannies must also be authorized to work in the U.S.

Certifications & Qualifications
CPR certification must be current, or caregivers must be willing to update it. Some families may also request newborn-related vaccinations, a clean driving record, DMV records, drug screening, or additional certifications based on their specific needs.
