Newborn and Infant Care
Newborn Care Specialists provide specialized, in-home support from certified Newborn Care Specialists (NCS) and newborn-focused nannies during the first weeks and months after your baby comes home. This short-term care is distinct from a long-term nanny role and focuses on feeding, sleep routines, postpartum recovery support, and early infant development—helping families feel confident, supported, and well-guided during this critical transition.

Part Time Placements
Reliable, part-time nanny placements designed for families who need consistent care during a defined season of life, typically for up to two years. This option is ideal for families with flexible schedules, evolving routines, or transitional needs who are seeking dependable, professional childcare without a full-time commitment.

Full Time Placements
Ongoing, career-level nanny placements designed for families seeking stability, continuity, and a long-term childcare partnership. Full-time nannies provide consistent, reliable care and become a trusted presence in your child’s daily life, offering support that grows alongside your family as your needs evolve over time.

Specialized & Short-Term Care
Planning something special or need exceptional care for a specific period of time? From weddings and travel-based care to backup support, we’re happy to explore unique requests. If you’re unsure where your needs fit, feel free to submit an inquiry—you never know what may be possible.

TYPES OF CARE WE SUPPORT

Choosing childcare isn’t just a logistical decision, it’s an important one. That’s why we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all nanny placements.

From your very first conversation with our nanny placement agency, we help you clarify what kind of care your family truly needs, whether that’s short-term or long-term, full-time or part-time, newborn care, or something in between. Many families come to us with a general idea and leave with a clearer, more confident childcare plan.

Our Goal

Our goal is simple: to make the process of finding a nanny feel thoughtful, supported, and clear, so your family can move forward with confidence.

WHAT MAKES OUR APPROACH DIFFERENT

We don’t operate like a marketplace or a resume service.
Instead of sending dozens of profiles and hoping one works, we take a curated, hands-on approach to nanny placements, personally recruiting, interviewing, and screening every caregiver before introducing them to your family.
Our matching process is built on transparency and alignment. We take time to understand both families and caregivers, clearly communicate expectations on both sides, and only move forward when the fit feels genuine. This creates placements that are more sustainable, for your family and for your nanny, reducing burnout, turnover, and mismatched expectations.

We don’t flood families with options. We present only candidates we genuinely believe are a strong match, saving time, energy, and unnecessary stress for everyone involved. Each placement is structured intentionally, helping families choose between short-term, long-term, part-time, and full-time care based on what truly fits their lives and childcare needs, not what’s easiest to fill. And we don’t disappear once a placement is made.
We remain available to support a smooth, respectful transition and to help navigate changes as your family and caregiver settle into their new rhythm. The result is fewer mismatches, stronger family–nanny relationships, and placements that truly last.

A NOTE ON PRICING

Our nanny placement services support families across Orange County and Southern California seeking full-time, part-time, short-term, or long-term care.

To begin your nanny search, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures the start of your personalized search and is applied toward your final placement fee once you hire a nanny.

Your final placement fee is tailored to each placement and is based on your nanny’s schedule and agreed-upon compensation.

The placement fee is separate from your nanny’s wages. Families employ and pay their nanny directly. Our fee covers the full nanny placement process, including candidate recruitment, screening and vetting, personalized matching, interview coordination, and ongoing guidance and support throughout hiring and transition.
